Malcolm leads Sankofa's AI and automation strategy, designing the service lines, workflows, and internal tooling that bring AI-assisted capabilities into the firm's equity-centered evaluation practice while keeping interpretive judgment with the people who do the evaluation work. Before Sankofa, Malcolm spent over three years at DoorDash building production machine learning systems for forecasting, optimization, and operational decision-making across one of the world's largest delivery marketplaces. He holds a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Data Science from Duke University.
