Gifty Volimkarime is an evaluation and strategic advisory expert with over 15 years of experience leading mixed-method evaluations, baseline studies, capacity assessments, and learning initiatives across Ghana and sub-Saharan Africa. Her expertise spans youth development, governance, entrepreneurship, and private sector development, with a strong focus on participatory evaluation approaches and the integration of youth-centred and gender-responsive methodologies into programme design and assessment.

She has led evaluations and research assignments for initiatives funded by international development partners, facilitating stakeholder engagement and validation processes with civil society organisations, youth groups, government institutions, and the private sector. Gifty has also contributed to regional initiatives, including the AfrEA Institutional Capability Development Initiative.

Her core expertise includes evaluation design, methodological and results framework development, strategic advisory, stakeholder engagement, organisational capacity strengthening, and business development, supporting institutions to generate evidence, strengthen performance, and scale sustainable impact.
