Dr. Bourama Diakité

Dr. Bourama Diakité, MD, MPH, is a public health physician, consultant, and global health leader with extensive experience in health systems strengthening, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), humanitarian health programming, and community development across West Africa. With over a decade of experience spanning international NGOs, the mining sector, healthcare systems, and development consulting, Dr. Diakité has led and supported large-scale public health initiatives focused on maternal and child health, malaria control, blood transfusion systems, eye care outreach, community health impact assessments, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.

Dr. Diakité is recognized for his expertise in program evaluation, health impact measurement, strategic planning, and results-based management. He supports governments, NGOs, and private-sector partners in designing and evaluating high-impact health and development interventions using international standards and evidence-based approaches. His work places a strong emphasis on translating health and social investments into measurable community outcomes and operational decision-making tools.

Dr. Diakité holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, a Master of Public Health (MPH), as well as professional certifications in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) and Business Administration. He is a Fulbright alumnus with extensive academic and professional experience across both Africa and the United States.
