Case Study:

This case study highlights how South King County’s regional partners—Federal Way Public Schools (FWPS), Highline Public Schools (HPS), Tukwila School District (TSD), and Highline College—worked together to remove structural barriers and strengthen postsecondary pathways for students. Through the Limitless Learning Network (LLN) and Horizons Regional Partnership, leaders shifted admissions timelines, improved data-sharing practices, and aligned advising supports to better serve students furthest from opportunity.
